Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground beef 80% lean
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 grated small red onion
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ½ cup fine parsley
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
Directions
- Grate the tomato up with red wine vinegar
- Sauté the onions
- Mix all ingredients with the ground beef
- Form large flat burger shpapes
- Bake at 350 for 20min OR grill till ready
