Dry ingredients
- 210g all-purpose flour
- 100g granulated sugar
- 55g brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Chocolate chips
Wet ingredients
- 113g butter (1 stick)
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla (optional)
Directions
- Mix butter and sugar together
- Stir in vanilla and egg
- Add dry ingredients all together
- Mix in chocolate chips
- Optionally chill in fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight
- Scoop small balls of batter, place 2 inches apart on baking pan
- Cook at 350 for 10-15 min, or until starting to brown
