Ingredients
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 6 large yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tbsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat oven to 450
- Combine all ingredients in deep pan
- Roast for 30 min, flip potatoes
- Roast for another 30 min
