- Hand mixer
- 2 bowls, 1 for dry ingredients 1 for wet
- Hot griddle or pan
Dry ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 7 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Wet ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 ½ cups milk
- 6 tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Mix wet ingredients into dry with hand mixer
- Drop a scoop of batter onto a hot griddle
- Wait until bubbles are forming then flip
- 1-2 min until other side is equally done, then remove
- Mix chocolate chips into batter after making regular pancakes.
