Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin (not loin) OR chicken thighs
- Marinade ingredients
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp garlic power
- 1 tsp fine oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp honey
Directions
- Prep marinade and cut chicken into small portions
- Mix chicken with marinade in zip lock and let marinate for 1-3 hours (not overnight, lemon acid will “cook” the chicken)
- Grill on high heat quickly, rotating often
